My One-on-One Performance Health Coaching program is designed to give you high-level, 360- degree support as you begin or continue your health journey. You get accountability and support to achieve your health goals. My personal mission is to continue getting healthier, fitter and stronger instead of the other way around and I love having others join me in this pursuit!

We are whole-foods based. Whole foods are foods that we eat while they are still in a natural state. There are no packaged foods to purchase. You figure out what your body loves, what gives you energy and what foods make up a sustainable lifestyle for you.

We strive to make our metabolism more efficient, in fun ways! As we get older, we need to get more consistent and creative about how we do this.

We eat the right foods at the right times for the right reasons. We leverage the most up to date, cutting edge information from the fields of medicine, fitness and nutrition in order to customize a lifestyle strategy for YOU.

We use a combination of functional strength training and your choice of cardio for lean, calorie burning muscles. You are an athlete, just like your horse is an athlete. We start where you’re at with the goal of building lean muscle, symmetry, strength and preventing injury.

We leverage a long-term, mentally-tough mindset. You will change old patterns, explore new strategies, get past self-doubt and develop a powerful ability to grapple with your Inner Critic so that your behaviors and choices get into alignment with your goals.

We make quality sleep and recovery days a priority. This helps turn your body into a fuel efficient, high performing machine. You are an athlete!

It’s all fine to know WHAT you should do in order to achieve your health goals but have you ever heard the saying, “Culture eats strategy for lunch.”? In order to be able to do the things, you need to create a culture in your life that supports and facilitates those things. Your beliefs, thought patterns, habits and emotions make up your life culture.
